Renewal of FEDA’s governance: a strong momentum in support of the industry

The French Federation of Automotive Distribution (FEDA) held its Annual General Meeting on July 8, 2025, bringing together its members for a key moment of governance and strategic reflection. On this occasion, the Board of Directors was partially renewed, with the re-election of 13 outgoing members and the appointment of 4 new members for a three-year term:

    • Denis Descosse (Autolia Group),

    • Vincent Ferron (Ferron),

    • Pascale Lefeuvre (Dasir),

    • Ludovic Montenot (LKQ France – VHIP)

FEDA President Alain Landec welcomed this renewal, describing it as a strong sign of the sector’s vitality:

“This renewal of our Federation’s Board of Directors reflects the vitality and commitment of automotive and heavy-duty parts distributors within their industry. I would like to thank the re-elected board members for their loyalty and dedication, and warmly welcome the new members whose backgrounds and expertise will enrich our collective efforts. Through this renewed governance, FEDA reaffirms its determination to champion the key issues of automotive distribution and to continue working towards affordable, safe, and sustainable mobility.”

A new body for better representation

Another key highlight of this General Assembly was the revision of FEDA’s statutes, including the creation of a Group Committee. This new advisory body aims to strengthen the representation of independent distribution professionals and to promote dialogue between groups.

According to Alain Landec:

“This revision will allow our Federation to be even more representative of its sector. The creation of a Group Committee within FEDA will bring additional expertise to our organization, along with professional representation that will enable us to reach nearly 100% of independent automotive parts distributors in our country.”

A structured and committed governance.

The new FEDA Board of Directors is made up of 18 members representing the leading companies and groups in the independent automotive distribution sector. In the coming months, this collective will work to amplify the voice of parts distributors, defend their interests, and support the market’s ongoing transformations.
